Comfort food

I hardly ever make bread. I'm not sure why. I always love it when I do. But I made some today (mostly because we are pretty much out of food...... I must go shopping), and the kids devoured it. Madison said, "can you please make this all the time?"  I guess I need to be more domestic....

As we sat at dinner enjoying our bread I was surprised how something so simple can make you feel so content.

I guess that's why they call it comfort food.

Note to self:

I feel good when I:
get up early to pray and read my scriptures
go to bed early so I can get up early
feed my body healthy food
enjoy a little chocolate
exercise
read to the kids
read for my self
do something active: decorate, build, fix or clean something
can remind instead of pester the kids to do chores (it's all about attitude)
play with them for at least a little while
smile

Today, I did all of these things. I feel good today. :)
